I thoroughly enjoyed tidy and carpeted room in this hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent and absolutely perfect - at a short distance from Suria Klcc Shopping Mall.

Booked a room with a good view. The staff was lovely & good. This accommodation was in the very central location close to attractions. Spent our evenings in nearby Beer Bank enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

We didn't like the bed, it was too soft.

All of the hotel's staff are very helpful and excellent. All in all they offer good service. It also has complimentary internet and easy parking. The location is excellent and perfect, just a pleasant stroll away from an expansive aquarium.

The hotel is in a particularly good location in the platform. It's also near Pavilion mall, Fahrenheit mall, KLCC, KL Menara Tower, Petronas Towers.

The bathrooms are poor.

Great food, magnificent and perfect location back to the airport. Also - close enough to beach and cenang, Pavilion mall, Fahrenheit mall, KLCC, KL Menara Tower, Petronas Towers and monorail station. Helpful staff, cheap room in a condition.

The breakfast had good choice of healthy options, and was good. The room was elegant and reasonably spacious and the amenities included a fridge, coffee and tea making equipment, and a writing table.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in the city center. The location was perfect as it was just a quick walk to the lively night market and various shopping centers. The staff provided excellent service and were very accommodating, assisting us with everything we needed and even giving us helpful directions for our short trip. The hotel offered good value for money and the basic amenities were satisfactory. it exceeded our expectations with its simple yet varied breakfast choices.

While the breakfast had a variety of options, it could have been improved with more choices, especially for those who prefer a Western-style breakfast.

We got a room with walk-in showers. Location: the hotel was really close to eateries and shops, main sites in KL and waling distance to monorail.
